Brothers, Today is the birthday of Fr. McGivney. Born August 12th 1852 Fr. McGivney founded the Knights of Columbus at a local parish to serve as a mutual aid and fraternal insurance organization, particularly for immigrants and their families.

Good morning brothers: The Iowa Knights of Columbus will remember our deceased Knights from the previous year during a Memorial Mass on Wednesday, Aug 5. Mass will begin at 7:30am, celebrated by Archbishop Michael Jackels of the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
